Ready to help others unleash their inner swagger? Become a BollyX instructor by attending an Instructor Training Certification. We’re looking for dynamic fitness instructors to join our team and share the BX movement. No prior experience with South Asian dance is required. In fact, our community is incredibly diverse and many of our most successful BollyX instructors are those experiencing Bollywood for the first time! We have created a powerful training program that will get you all the education and support you need.

How to Earn Points

1 point for each check-in at Flow

1 additional point for each Group Exercise Class

2 additional points for each Training Camp Session

3 additional points for each Personal Training Session

15 points for finishing the Reset

Requirements

  • To stay qualified, you must have a minimum of 40 documented check-ins (@ Flow Fitness) during the challenge
  • To get credit for Group Exercise you must sign on the sign-in sheet
  • To get credit for Training Camp you must register for the class
  • To get credit for Personal Training you must sign in for scheduled session

Participants will receive drawing entries based on points earned

60-90 pts: 1 entry 91-120 pts:  2 entries

121-150 pts: 3 entries 151-180 pts: 4 entries

181-210 pts: 5 entries 210+ pts:  6 entries

Deadline to enter: January 6, 2017

The Reset – Round One

The Reset:  40 days of the Whole30 with Flow Fitness.

Reset your nutrition in 40 days following the highly acclaimed Whole30 plan.

WHY THE WHOLE30? 

Being healthy starts with Food.  The Whole30 will help you discover foods (like sugar, photo-1468777675496-5782faaea55bgrains, dairy and legumes) that are negatively impacting your health and fitness. The program will “reset” your metabolism, systematic inflammation and many other downstream effects from your food choices.

This isn’t about weight loss, though many people do lose significant weight. This is about being healthy and knowing what food feels like in your body.

Tuesday nights at 6:30pm.  These are optional, but great
for support, and we’ll do some restorative work!

Thanksgiving BootcampBeastmode before Feastmode!

Start your Thanksgiving off right and experience a complete head-to-toe workout. This bootcamp incorporates endurance and strength training, while utilizing free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, bosu balls, and the most important piece of workout equipment: your body weight!

 All fitness levels are welcome. The instructor will help with all progressions and regressions. Come to Bobby’s Turkey Burn Bootcamp ready to work, sweat, and smile.

Network-Out [part 3] with Young Professionals of Seattle, November 10th

Young Professionals of Seattle presents:  Network-Out [part 3]

Your workout routine just got better! Join us for ‘Network – Out’ [Round 3]. An event combining a light workout, followed by healthy hosted appetizers, thirst-quenching drinks, and of course networking with other active young professionals!

Pick what fits you! You will have your choice of two different classes – ‘Cycle Circuit’ or ‘Yoga’; perfect for anyone who wants to get out of that ‘workout rut’ and into a healthy body. These classes are open to all fitness levels.  Each class starts at 7:30pm so come a little bit early (so you don’t miss a second).

Afterwards you can enjoy some hosted drinks/healthy sandwiches (thank you Homegrown) all while socializing and mingling with your fellow young professionals in the awesome gym, Flow Fitness!

HIIT Cancer – October 27th at 6:30pm

HIIT Cancer – a workout for the cure party.  October 27th, at 6:30pm our regular Tabata class will be dedicated to a breast cancer beat down.  Don a pink shirt (any pink shirt will do), and come work out.  Beer & Cider provided after class for a special cool down.
Members are free, guests may attend with a donation.
