Class Descriptions

BODYPUMP™ classes are designed to work every muscle group, using classic weightlifting movements like squats, dead-lifts, and curls. The emphasis is on conditioning and endurance, using choreographed music to drive the movements. If you are new to weightlifting, BODYPUMP™ offers a great introduction. Classes are simple and easy to follow, and you can choose the weight that is right for you. During class you will use a bench, risers, and barbell, and all equipment is provided.

Common Questions

Yes, this class is suitable for all levels and no prior experience is necessary. It may take a couple of classes however for you to find your rhythm in class.
You should wear athletic clothing and footwear. We recommend wearing dry fit clothing as you’ll likely build up a sweat in class.
