ABOUT NEHA: Neha started her journey in fitness as a yoga teacher but quickly realized the hybrid of strength training and yoga was a more efficient and sustainable way to help her client’s achieve their fitness goals. Hence, she became a NASM CPT in Dubai in 2023.
Neha specializes in guiding those new to strength training through safe, effective, and tailored workout plans to help them reach their fitness goals. With a focus on proper form, gradual progression, and personalized guidance, she aims to empower clients to feel confident and capable in their fitness journey.
