BIOGRAPHY
ABOUT NICK – Nick previously trained at a training gym in Miami for a year and half and recently return home to Washington. His early fitness experience revolved around running, hiking, and other outdoor activities. While in college, he got more into weight lifting and studying body systems. This inspired him to develop a system-level, holistic attitude towards health.
Nick has participated in casual lifting competitions at an amateur level and focuses primarily on form and strength training. His passions are helping clients establish a strong mind-body connection and helping them feel at-home in their bodies.
Nick has a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience and Biology from Western Washington and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
